Abstract

The contribution presents the results and findings of a project of capacity building among different social organizations from both the public, private and not for profit sector in Genoa, Italy. A common governance of the social processes through contracting out is possible and effective only where a previous and trustworthy "social bond" is established among all the actors involved, doesn't matter who is the first mover
