Il progetto "La qualità dei progetti formativi: una ricerca per il miglioramento dell'offerta formativa"

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution presents the project "The quality of training projects: a research for the improvement of the educational offer", carried out in collaboration with the Regional School Office for Lombardy in the academic year 2008/2009. The survey - an evaluation research on six training projects promoted by as many schools in Lombardy of different order and degree - aimed to detect the impact of the training initiatives examined in the teaching practice of the teachers and in the learning process of the students. This project, carried out in close collaboration between the research team of the Catholic University and the subjects of the school administration (those responsible for the USR, but also and above all the teachers and managers of the schools involved), recalls the issue in its complexity of the relationship - never attributable to linear schematizations - between theory and practice, between research and intervention in the field, indicating a possible way for the realization of effective forms of dialogue and mutually enriching confrontation for the two sides. The general and prospective methodological framework of the project was in fact purposely designed so that the experience, started with a limited number of schools, on the basis of voluntary adhesion, could be proposed in the future according to the logic of a progressive expansion, making the participating schools organizational resources and essential components for its development.
