Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The book analyzes the discipline of criminal proceedings for administrative offenses dependent on the crime contained in d. lgs. June 8, 2001 n. 231, from the preliminary investigation phase to the criminal execution phase. The author paid particular attention to investigating the interrelationships with the substantive discipline, which led to the overcoming of the "societas delinquere non potest" principle in Italy and the systematic links with the criminal procedure code, also proposed by the jurisprudence.
