Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The study consists of a reflection on the principle of publicizing the hearing in the criminal procedural system, on the limits and on the concrete ways of implementing this principle: in particular it addresses the problem of excluding the principle of publicizing the hearing from the context of some mechanisms assessment, carried out by the legislator with reference to the variegated category of chamber rites, starting from the reconstruction and analysis of the legislative and jurisprudential framework, national and supranational, on the subject.
