[Autom. eng. transl.] In the first part of this chapter we examine the trend of the stable price of milk in Italy in 2014, 2015 and almost all of 2016, using in particular the simulation of the price in Lombardy carried out by the Observatory on the Livestock Products Market in the area of the Lombardy Region program agreement - Unioncamere Lombardia for Economic Development and Competitiveness, compared with the situation in France, Bavaria and Austria. In the second part, in the absence from 2002/03 of a national interprofessional agreement, the collective agreements between Italatte SpA and all / some Lombard agricultural trade union organizations and the two contracts proposed by the same company to its suppliers for the 2015/16 and for 2016/17.
