[Autom. eng. transl.] In the first part of this chapter we examine the trend of the stable price of milk in Italy during 2012 and the first three quarters of 2013, using in particular the simulation of the price in Lombardy carried out by the Observatory on the Livestock Products Market in the area of the Lombard Milk District activities, compared with the situation in France, Bavaria and Austria. In the second part, in the absence from 2002/03 of a national interprofessional agreement, the only significant collective agreement of which we have come to know, that between Italatte SpA and all / some Lombard agricultural trade union organizations, is presented for the 2012/13 campaign.
