Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay is included in a volume, of which the writer is also editor, dedicated to the condition of the so-called intermediate bodies. The contribution has as its object the analysis of the pluralist principle from the point of view of constitutional law, with particular regard to its meaning in the social sense. In this perspective, the role of social formations as a center for the development and promotion of the individual's personality was investigated (art. 2, Constitution). Specifically, among the different types of social formation governed by the Constitution, the essay focuses on political parties which, as free expression of society in order to represent and rationalize political 'demand', should favor full participation in the institutional dynamic. .
