Abstract

The paper offers an helicopter view over the novelties introduced by the European Green Deal Industrial Plan, throughout its four pillars, with a focus on its innovative regolatory and financing strategies and a comparative outlook based on the US Inflation Reduction Act. Overall, the Green deal industrial Plan al-lows us to have a closer look to new transformative legal environment fit for transitions, so far as it is capable of re-shaping the net-zero industry. Thanks to the comparison with other Countries’ green deal, and the USA IRA in the first place, one can also better understand how much the complex and still in-complete EU’ institutional architecture affects the se Lectio of operational and policy tools and, at the same time, how much some of the novelties deriving fron the Green Deal industrial plan open up a win-dow on the future of the EU and its institutional and economic Governance.
