Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The perspective adopted intends to place in a logic of analysis and
synthesis the future tests that change managers will be subjected to.
The pandemic has asked and will ask again in the coming
years from those who manage complex organizations an unprecedented ability to
adapt and manage the unexpected.
During the pandemic crisis, over the course of the various waves,
management has learned a "new normal" in the management of
adversity and uncertainty on which it is appropriate to reflect with the
appropriate critical and cognitive tools, to continue this learning
also in the future.
Every challenge brings with it a lesson, a new skill,
which, when put into a system with its own assets, builds the
profile of the recovery manager.
