Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The burial ground in bare 3217 from the UC VII sector of the Roman necropolis, investigated between 1991 and 1992 in the courtyards of the Catholic University of Milan, returned a gold pendant in which is inserted a gold coin of Salonino. The essay first outlines an in-depth picture of the class of coin pendants from the Roman period. It then examines the artifact in numismatic, typological and functional aspects. The context data also allow us to propose an ideal reconstruction of the necklace to which it was attached.
