Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] On 22 November 2023, the European Parliament approved the Report on the proposals for amendments to the Treaties drawn up by the AFCO Committee on the basis of citizens' requests made in the context of the Conference on the Future of Europe. The procedure for the revision of the Treaties pursuant to art. 48 TEU was thus formally activated. The contribution analyses the contents of the proposal and explains the procedural steps for its possible approval in the future.
