Il Papa davanti alla coscienza

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper moves from a reflection of Pope Benedict XVI to pharmacists, about the inescapable role of the ethical problematization in the pluralistic society and the problem of conscientious objection. The juridical reasons that require the respect of the right to the objection towards behaviors that can harm the constitutional good represented by the human life are underlined. The liberal value of correct information on the operational modalities of certain pharmacological controls, with specific regard to the so-called morning-after pill, is also noted.
