Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The transformation of the real estate sector and the services connected to it in recent years have radically changed the system of relations and the underlying resources and skills, necessary to reread virtuously the simple commercial exchange between operators and the final market: the real estate professional needs today greater freedom in exploring all-round solutions to be offered to the customer, through new formulas in step with the greater mobility of the population, to which however the need to have flexible interlocutors able to follow the customer in the territory and devise integrated offers is associated. of complementary services to the sale / rental of properties. Faced with these changes on the demand side, the panorama of real estate networks is growing and is evolving, with the aim of finding new responses to the changing needs of the customer and at the same time making the development of sales networks more profitable and dynamic. Some examples of realities will be presented that have been able to exploit in their business model a renewed spirit of innovation and creativity, creating the necessary premises for the sustainability over time of the traditional franchising, thanks to the exploration of new integrated solutions and the use synergic of ICT.
