Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The breakthrough on the global scene of Covid-19 has brought to light problems that affect all humanity, but at the same time has shown the difficulties of cooperation between States even in the face of such a dramatic emergency. This volume is intended to represent a first contribution to the discussion on the world that the global pandemic will leave us. The objective is not to practice forecasts destined almost inevitably to be disproved by such a rapidly moving picture, but to identify the factors of fragility and therefore the risks that could mark the coming months and coming years. The intent is therefore to look beyond the emergency management phase to decipher the trajectories of change, to grasp the tensions that the shock will cause on our societies and also to imagine the strategies that could allow us to absorb the impact of the crisis.
