Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] With sentence no. 1/2014 the Italian Constitutional Court declared the constitutional illegitimacy of ln 270/2005 - the electoral law that expressed three legislatures (2006, 2008, 2013) - in relation to the prediction of the majority premium and to the prefiguration of the so-called lists blocked. The electoral model contained in the Government's draft law still exhibits quite a few problems. The contribution aims to critically reflect on all these problems
