[Autom. eng. transl.] The chapter presents the process of constructing evaluation indicators and sharing them with stakeholders. This activity, in addition to the explicit objective of building a more robust methodological research facility, was also promoted with the intention of promoting a reflection between the parties about the interests and values at stake in the evaluation of the continuing education. This clarification of the positions of the actors of the system has been considered fundamental in a system which, by definition, must be 'concerted' between the parties. This approach is consistent with a theoretical reference that has guided the entire evaluation intervention: the consideration of the evaluation process as an emergent property.
