Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The intervention intends to investigate how the "Tasso myth" was perceived in the periodical press of the first half of the nineteenth century. that is, through the counting of numerous gazettes of various parts of Italy, the question is how the person rate and its history, such as the character rate in poetic, dramaturgical, narrative revisitations have been presented to readers of daily newspapers or in any case periodical, mainly in the field of non-literary. and this happened through both the anecdotal and the search for texts and unpublished works, both controversy and celebrations, or poetic contests; without forgetting even poetic readings of the character or the discovery of texts that contribute to enriching the Taxi bibliography.
