Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The extensive survey aims to verify what survives of the Risorgimento myth, as a political project, historical memory, imagery and value system, in the Italian literature of the early twentieth century and in the writers of the Great War. In particular, Pascoli and D'Annunzio, Pirandello and Borgese, Soffici and Jahier, Ungaretti and Rebora, De Roberto and Baldini, Serra and Lussu are sieved.
