Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume presents the edition of the editorial correspondence, mostly unpublished, of the magazine «Il menabò», directed by Elio for Vittel and Italo Calvino from 1959 to 1967. The letters and documents collected come from different archives, and in particular from the Einaudi Archive preserved at the Turin State Archive, the Apice Center of the University of Milan, the Manuscript Center of the University of Pavia and the Arnoldo and Alberto Mondadori Foundation of Milan. The preface to the volume is by Giuseppe Lupo.
