Abstract

What is the viaticum of the Masters for the jurists of tomorrow? I believe that\r\nthe direction indicated is as clear as it is arduous: to analytically carry out a systematic\r\nof normative sources within the framework of a general semantics of law.\r\nThe problem of language, and with it the intelligence of the world, is an indefectible\r\npath. Hermeneutic prison and semantic calculability are legacies for the new generations:\r\n“the problem of language stands out in the center of legal methodology
