Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Taking the analysis of a ruling by the Court of Genoa (order 11 November 2013), the contribution examines the problems associated with the dismissal of the over-sixty-year-old worker in possession of the pension requirements, in light of the recent changes in the legal framework and the guidelines of the jurisprudence .
