Abstract
The volume "Labour in the International Charters" collects the reports presented during a series of conferences, organised by the CEDRI in May 2014 at the Catholic University of Milan. Prominent professors of the Catholic University and of other Italian and foreign universities investigate the most important European and international tools to protect social rights, while evaluating the impact in the different countries. The volume is completed by a comparative section where the authors concentrate their attention on the role of labour fundamental rights in the development of labour law in some emblematic experiences (Argentina, France, Germany, Russia and Community of Independent States, Spain). The volume is dedicated to the memory of Mario Napoli.
