Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The complexity that characterizes school life management at different levels is today a widespread and incontrovertible fact. In our day, in particular, the perception of a growing difficulty in the construction of an educational context appropriate to learning is part of the daily experience of many teachers, regardless of their educational background, professional old age or school order in which service is provided. The roots of such a discomfort and the resulting condition of impotence can be traced, on the one hand, to the feeling, increasingly widespread and shared by the experts, of an accentuation of the problematic conduct by pupils with respect to the past; on the other hand, in the recognition of an objective plurality of educational needs present within the same class which, if not correctly dealt with and integrated into a correct classroom management, risk hindering the conduct of daily teaching activities
