Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution presents a research on a population of professional educators alternating between work and training aimed at defining the processes of definition of professional identity. Through the tool of "professional biographies" the trajectories, dynamics and processes of construction of meaning and professional discontinuities are described.
