Il lavoro educativo nei servizi complementari al tempo scuola: contraddizioni, vincoli e potenzialità

The educator's work in complementary educational services at the time\ r\ nschool appears marked by indeterminacy and the need to relocate\ r\ n the educational proprium to the center. On the one hand, the uncertainty of a service that\ r\ n takes place in the time spaces not occupied by the school; on the other hand,\ r\ n a professional figure who seeks an unprecedented path of action, mediating between\ r\ n the mandate of the service and requests that come from the school world\ r\ n and the family. In this regard, it is essential to place the child\ r\ n and/or the boy at the center, offering opportunities for growth, implementing relational and socio-affective skills, guaranteeing the right to study and equal opportunities\ r\ n of educational experiences. The contribution aims to examine the constraints,\ r\ n the contradictions and the potential emerging from the narratives of a group\ r\ n of educators operating within complementary services at school\ r\ n in the territory of the province of Varese. The open questions will guide the reflection towards design proposals aimed at strengthening the identity of these\ r\ n services.
