Il lavoro e l’impatto delle transizioni silenziose: malattia e separazione coniugale

[Autom. eng. transl.] Throughout the life cycle, people face challenges that impact on well-being and the management of their lives at various levels: personal, family and social. Experiencing some transitions, both personal and family, can also significantly affect productive and working life, and therefore have repercussions on life in organizations. Such transitions are often invisible but inevitably have an impact on professional life. The term transition indicates periods of 'crisis', following an event that significantly changes personal and family life and in fact requires a process of redefinition so that a new balance can be found. The specific object of this contribution are two family transitions (separation and illness) explored in relation to the working environment, i.e. the impact and change they generate in the working sphere
