Abstract

The diffusion of forms of “remote working” does not represent a pure problem of technical management of the service facilitated by technologies. More profoundly, it questions the very nature of work, conceivable individualistically as the pure performance of a task, or in a personalist key as a relationship. Tackling this dilemma at its root means asking again the question of meaning on man’s work, always at the risk of a reduction that ultimately has a precise anthropological concept at its base.
