Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The recent legislation on agile labor (so-called smart working) under law no. 81/2017 follows a period of experimentation especially in the corporate collective bargaining that in the wake of teleworking for some time introduces forms of contractual types with flexible hours, including the possibility of carrying out remote service in predefined daily / weekly / monthly times.
