Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The project work has been revisited from the cd. Fornero reform (law n. 92/2012) in the direction of contrasting the abuse with respect to the use of subordinate subordinate employment, with particular reference to the typologies characterized by the so-called. single client, whose recognition is entrusted to a system of legal presumptions linked to the perception of a given amount of income by the client / customer, to the presence of a fixed location and to the considerable duration of the contractual collaboration relationship. The clarification of elements of the contract linked to the specificity of the agreed project object supports the system of presumptions with the aim of facilitating the recognition of simulated cases of self-employment behind which it is possible to recognize real and proper employment contracts.
