Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper aims to analyze the Italian system of governing the cultural heritage sector. Starting from the constitutional framework of reference, the Authors investigate the problematic aspects of the legal system on the subject, coming to envisage possible interpretative solutions to the current legislation, making use of the application of constitutional principles. The institutional role of the MiBAc is specifically analyzed, especially with respect to the constitutional attributions of the Regions, regarding the governance of cultural heritage. The objective necessity to carry out forms of institutional collaboration between the public bodies involved emerges conclusively.
