Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] From a regulatory and systematic point of view, one of the special procedures that in practice now finds frequent application is reconstructed: immediate judgment. Particular attention is paid to the implications deriving from European, constitutional and the joint Sections of the Court of Cassation jurisprudence.
