Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The Covid-19 crisis has revealed all the fragility of our global system, extremely interconnected but without effective rules to protect itself from shocks. What will be the effects on Europe, the United States and China? And what are the possible transformations of international politics and economics? It is up to us to prevent the consequences of the pandemic from affecting the weakest subjects once again, and take the opportunity to revive democracy against the excesses of finance and the risk of a new authoritarianism.
