Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work starts from European policies in favor of the development of renewable sources and focuses on the problems related to the increase in the number and power of plants, which does not have zero impact on the territory and can conflict with the need to protect the landscape, as well as other interests worthy of protection (agriculture, cultural heritage, biodiversity), also in light of the recent reform of articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution.
