Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay aims to answer the main interpretative questions posed by art. 2086, co. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, which, following the changes made by the Crisis Code, imposes on collective companies the obligation to adopt adequate organizational structures.
