Abstract

The Pedagogy of family, in Italy, until the Sixties has not received much attention. After the Mid-sixties, Pedagogy of family begins to assert itself in the context of university research: it has been a difficult journey. In recent years it has been noticed an increase in attention to the theme of "family" by educators belonging to different schools of thought. Among the various scientific guidelines that have approached the interpretation of family relationships, the contribution deepens the General Systems Theory and, therefore, the systemic-relational perspective.
