Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] After an introductory part devoted to the economic function of financial markets and the reasons that justify their legal discipline, the volume critically illustrates the fundamental contents of capital market law. By integrating economic analysis and legal dogmatic analysis, the discussion presents the discipline of issuers, intermediaries and markets according to systematic categories that allow to order a complex and constantly evolving matter. Conceived as a reference text for university studies, the volume is characterized by a simple presentation and an analytical reference to the regulations in force, so as to be able to offer useful support also to operators in the sector.
