Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the issue of the right to disconnection, both with reference to the new case of agile work, which explicitly provides for this right and - more generally - by trying to verify the compliance of the regulatory-guarantee system with reference to work times and not work, in the light of the incessant technological transformations that involve the employment relationship.
