Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] 1. The sentences of the united sections and the exclusion of existential damage. - 2. The existentialist reactions: nothing has changed. 2043 is always the norm to watch and in any case the filter of inviolable constitutionally guaranteed rights cannot be so severe. The inevitable arrival at a social security system. - 3. Follows: a different vision of the principle of integral reparation of the damage: not limited to health and suffering but extended also to the non-faculty income. - 4. The insuperable contradictions of the existentialist thought: between social security (for the indistinct compensation of prejudices) and true and authentic civil responsibility (for the full compensation with which the prejudices are compensated) - 5. The "count" of the sentences : existential damage dies but does not give up. The ideological and non-scientific meaning of existentialist opinion. - 6. Some conclusions.
