Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] As part of the social custodian service, an innovative data collection technique was tested based on an application software managed by a 'handheld' telephone. The results illustrated in this paper document the potential of this information system which has allowed us to memorize both the individual interventions carried out by the social custodians and the characteristics of the beneficiaries of each type of intervention.
