Il design: profili di valutazione economica e stima del danno da contraffazione

[Autom. eng. transl.] The term design indicates the activity of designing objects, products or tools, domestic or work, which can be made in an artisanal or industrial way, where technical aspects coexist with aesthetic ones (design = project). The same distinction between design and industrial design, the latter linked to large-scale industrial production, can be considered obsolete, since mass production was not born with modern industry, but on the contrary belongs to the most ancient anthropological processes of transmission of culture and tradition.
