Il De unitate intellectus di Tommaso d'Aquino e la "doppia verità"

Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution shows that Thomas Aquinas has not at all accused his opponents of double truth, nor does Bishop Tampier seem to direct this accusation exactly, in drawing up his own sentence. What in the historiography has passed as a denunciation of the "double truth" is actually an appeal to coherence, for which if a thesis is sustained, no plausible justification can be given with being able to hold another that contradicts it.
