Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay aims to examine the phenomenon of cyberbullying from a criminological and juridical-criminal profile. Given a brief overview of the characteristics of the web that favor deviant action and amplify the harmful consequences, the incriminating cases most frequently integrated by cyberbullies are reviewed and some considerations on the subject of the imputability of minors are developed. In conclusion, it is highlighted how the approach adopted with l. 71/2017, focused on prevention strategies and on inhibitory-precautionary instruments, rather than on criminal sanctions, deserves to be shared.
