Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] In an attempt to provide new career consultancy models that respond to an increasingly dynamic job market, some orientation theorists have investigated to what extent the constructivist model could also be used in work contexts. Some of its characteristics have attracted particular attention, such as the holistic conception of the person, the sense of agency attributed to them and the attention dedicated to past, present and future experiences with a view to integration and continuity.
