Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Preliminary brief notes on the relevant national legislation and on the most recent jurisprudence on the subject of RSA fees, the contribution examines the Lombard regional law n. 2/2012, underlining some rules (in terms of user participation in social and health spending) deemed by the author to be of dubious constitutionality.
