Abstract
The contribution illustrates the topic of the evolution of so-called similar control also in the recent regulatory and jurisprudential landscape and focuses, in particular, on the methods of exercising supervisory powers according to the possibilities provided for by art. 16 of Legislative Decree no. 175/2016.
