Abstract

The present debate takes cue from the recent ruling of the Joint Divisions of the Supreme Court of Cassation, which have addressed the issue of the validity of the investment services framework contract that has been produced in a civil trial and is signed by only one party - namely, by the client. Scholars from different disciplines participate in such debate.
