Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Building on a criminological analysis of the phenomena of illicit capital laundering, aimed at investigating the characteristics, peculiarities and requirements of law enforcement, the study intends to assess the effectiveness of the Italian legislation, as supplemented by the introduction of the crime of self laundering.
