Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper examines the Italian corruption prevention strategy as regulated by law n. 190/2012 and subsequent regulatory provisions in the light of the requests that come from international treaties on the subject ratified by Italy (UNCAC of 2003, Criminal Convention and Civil Convention of the Council of Europe of 1999, OECD Convention 1997) and by the tables of intergovernmental cooperation to which our country participates (Working Group on Bribery of the OECD, GRECO of the Council of Europe, European Union)
