The special importance of the "seat" of the dispute. – 5. The forum as a regulatory framework for the process. – 6. The forum as a framework for evaluating the plaintiff's complaint. – 7. The forum as an institutional, political and social framework for conflict resolution. – 8. Concluding remarks: social significance and practical impact of the means offered by civil justice for the protection of human rights in relation to business activity.
