Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The purpose of this contribution is to analyze the phenomenon of the consumption of psychotropic substances among the immigrant population in order to suggest intervention paths through forms of mediation. Starting from an analysis of drug use in foreign subjects, in numerical and etiological terms, we will try to grasp the innovativeness of mediation paths in the Addiction Services, aiming to recognize its advantages and disadvantages, according to a cultural evolution in the processes of definition of the dependence on substances free from stereotypes and prejudices
